Baby Learn To Swim

At Aloha Sensory Aquatics we plan sensory learning lesson to develop and boost brains, build better and stronger swimmers during the explosive early year stages of learning when babies absorb information at a rapid pace.
Take the first plunge by introducing water awareness, early swim skills and the importance of water safety to your little one. At Aloha Sensory Aquatics our baby lessons are a great way for parents to bond with your baby while releasing a cocktail of loving hormones and transmitters, including oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin during a pleasurable experience.
Our group lessons are not more than 5 babies in a 30-minute lesson provides a safe space to support
and connect parents while getting your baby comfortable in the water.
Kids Learn To Swim

Kids who learn to swim from a young age significantly reduce their risk of danger when in or near water.
At Aloha Sensory Aquatics, our swimming lessons are not only enjoyable but also enhance cognitive sharpness and build confidence, both in the water and on land.

Our Learn to Swim program starts for children as young as two and a half years old. We guide your little one through activities that promote optimal development, focusing on motor skills, social interactions, and body and spatial awareness.

In our 30-minute lessons, with no more than four children, we engage in fun, developmental, and sensory-based activities such as singing songs, blowing bubbles, and more. These sessions provide an enriching and enjoyable learning experience for your child.
Adults Learn To Swim

Swimming is a skill that can be learned from any age!
Learn to Swim lessons for adults focus on the core aquatic skills of swimming and the introduction of basic stroke swimming once comfortable in the water.

Some of the skills covered in our lessons include:

Different entries and exits from the pool

Learning to regain a standing position in the water from front-lying and back-lying positions.

Movement and propulsion through water namely walking, kicking and bobbing

Stroke Development & Correction

Once your little one has gained independent swimming skills, we move on to our stroke development and stroke correction lessons. This is where we engage in the 4 swimming strokes, namely freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.

These advanced swimming skills get introduced with fun activities where lessons are structured in a progressive pace for the optimal learning experience.
Prenatal Aerobics

The weightless exercise environment!

Aqua-therapy during pregnancy is one of the safest, most efficient forms of exercise which you can do throughout your entire pregnancy. It is shown that woman who participate in aqua-therapy experience physical benefits. Aqua-therapy refers to treatment and exercises performed in water for relaxation, fitness, physical rehabilitation and other therapeutic benefits. It’s a well-balanced workout that includes all components of physical fitness – cardiovascular training, muscle strengthening and endurance and flexibility.
You can start any time after the first trimester and continue right up to your due date. Classes are 45-minutes in a group to great music in a fun environment and it’s the perfect opportunity to meet other expectant mums!
Aqua Aerobics

It is never too late to dip into your Aqua Aquatic’s environment!
Aqua Aerobics is suitable for all age groups, from children to seniors and all fitness levels from beginners to professional athletes.
Water exercises done in Aqua Aerobics is a great way of reaching and maintaining health and fitness goals. Other health benefits include helping relieve pain, reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, recovery of injuries, body flexibility, blood circulation and increasing endurance
It is a super fun way to keep fit and active!
Our 45-minute Aqua Aerobics non-stop classes which burn calories, tone the muscles, improve coordination and cardiovascular fitness is a combination of moderate-intensity movements.
